FDR is a dispute resolution service dedicated, and directed solely, to resolving franchise system disputes nationwide. FDR was founded in 1985 by Richard W. Farrell and Mark A. La Mantia, who, as attorneys, have represented the interests of both franchisors and franchisees throughout the U.S. for a combined total of more than 40 years. They have been involved in every aspect of franchising, including the establishment of franchise systems and drafting of UFOC documents.
