What is your company slogan or motto? To be the premier franchise consulting company by giving people what they expect, and more. What makes your services unique to franchises? Management 2000 has been part of the franchise community for over 20 years. Over that time we have seen dramatic changes that affect our business. One of our goals has always been to identify changing conditions that affect the relationships between franchisors and franchisees. Once these have been identified, we structure our programs to specifically address these areas. What services do you provide for franchisors? Our services are designed to help our clients get, keep and create very satisfied customers. We do this by helping clients think through and define solutions to their strategic and operational problems and opportunities. We have designed training programs for all levels of corporate and franchisee personnel. Management 2000 conducts convention speeches and prepares Expert Witness reports for franchisors. Our primary focuses are in helping senior management understand the franchising business and how to enhance the customer experience. What services do you provide to franchisees? We provide franchisees with training programs as they come on board with a new company and subsequent programs with Leaders, Guides, and Participant Workbooks. - Training/Education: Management 2000 develops & conducts training programs specifically for franchising. We conduct a regular schedule of seminars for franchise recruiters, field personnel arid franchise executives. We customize & conduct these programs for our clients. We write training programs for initial franchisee training, convention workshops and other training to meet clients’ specific needs. Our training leads participants to understand the power of franchising & their role in the strategic-partnership between franchisor and franchisee. Programs for field personnel include how to use the consultative approach as well as how to implement business planning & local store marketing with franchisees.
- Manuals: Management 2000 writes manuals to document a variety of operating systems. Manuals are not boiler plated but are the result of on-site visits with unit and operations personnel. Manuals include pre-opening procedures; field operation guides, conducting audits and visitations, local store marketing, prospecting and sales, creating a customer-driven culture, and managing for profitability. For use throughout the organization by franchise development staff to recruit and select better franchisees, by field personnel for effective franchise consulting; and by franchisees, to insure faithful adherence to the operating system.
